We had a tub to walk in shower conversion. The salesman was very helpful in picking out the best wall color. We chose a solid almond color because our tiles were a little busy. They left our soffit covered in our tiles and that blends beautifully. The trim around the window is especially nice. The workers were prompt, courteous and neat. We could not have the job completed in one day because some unanticipated additional plumbing and electrical work needed to be done. Still, they came back quickly to refinish the job once that was done. We also had a bit of a leak from the shower door and they came back promptly to reseal.

Great experience with Bathroom Buddies. I had the jacuzzi bath remodel walk in shower project done to replace a tub. The acrylic material used in the walls and pan won't stain I was told. I had a corner seat and multifunction shower head installed. The communication was perfect with timely calls and followup. The job was done in one day no mess. A simple fix to the caulking was needed a few months later and the process was perfect. Service with a smile and a lifetime warranty for anything I need. I'll be calling them again for the 2nd bathroom!

Installation took most of the day as they said it would, the installers were careful and clean on how they did their work. They explained what they were going to do. They laid out floor protectors and cleaned up after they were done. Everything that was explained on how the installation would be done was done. The installation was professionally done. I was concerned at first as to how it would turn out but after seeing the completion. I was impressed. We had some minor issues with a small chip in the glass doors, i called and they ordered a new door right away (at no cost to me). The few times I called they were very responsive and genuinely cared, they always called back to update me and keep me informed I would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

the original install was excellent the workers were courteous and professional. they worked cleanly and cleaned up after themselves. you would never know they were there unless you saw my beautiful new shower. I did have to have a technician come back to tighten one of the door handles. They did that and even checked the others. I would highly recommend Bathroom buddies to friends thinking of installing a walk in shower.
