Inquired about the jacuzzi bath system and was put in touch with Mr.Joe Rizzo from bathroom buddy..although the price was somewhat high my wife and I really wanted the changeover from our existing bath tub..Joe did an excellent job of telling us how the whole procedure was to take place..about 4 weeks later the installers arrived..2man crew Phil and Jack..what outstanding workers!. Excellent team..you could tell they knew what they were doing..the job was going along smoothly until it was noticed that one wall panel was not the same color!..the manufacturer didn't pack the correct panels!..the support system of Dan and Bob from bathbuddy apologized profusely..not their mishap..unfortunately the installation crew could not return till 2 days later..upon the arrival of Phil and Jack the job got completed totally and perfectly..just an outstanding job from start to finish!. I would highly recommend the Bathroom Buddy organization for this and I'm sure other jobs..

This company is fabulous. Joe D spent a lot of time with me to help pick out the perfect shower. He was wonderful. The installers were personable and very good at their job. The outcome is absolutely gorgeous and I appreciated the follow up on my new system after it was installed.

Bathroom Buddy was great to work with they made it very easy and understanding for my uncle he signed the contract and unfortunately he passed away a week later. They were very understanding and I was able to get my deposit back I would highly recommend

My tub cracked and I was shopping around for companies. Bath buddies came in and right away Danny Gomez made us feel right at ease. He walked us through the process and explained everything. The manager Robert Romeo is amazing…..he went above and beyond. He addressed all my concerns, was polite and always had an answer for me. Robert is truly an asset to Bathroom Buddy.

Very satisfied, my new shower looks great. The salesman, Danny Gomez, was as good as it gets, and the installers did a great job, from instillation to clean up, and were very friendly and courteous.

We had a tub to walk in shower conversion. The salesman was very helpful in picking out the best wall color. We chose a solid almond color because our tiles were a little busy. They left our soffit covered in our tiles and that blends beautifully. The trim around the window is especially nice. The workers were prompt, courteous and neat. We could not have the job completed in one day because some unanticipated additional plumbing and electrical work needed to be done. Still, they came back quickly to refinish the job once that was done. We also had a bit of a leak from the shower door and they came back promptly to reseal.
