It is crisp, clean and beautiful! Every person we dealt with was personable as well as professional. Our initial meeting was more than I expected. Dan, our sales rep., was very knowledgeable about the product and gave an in depth presentation so that I really understood what I was getting. He went above and beyond by going to my husband’s work to discuss things with him too! It was not a long wait for the products and installation. The two gentlemen, Paul and Matt, who came to install the system were on time, professional, and were respectful of both me and my home. They put cloths down so as not to scrape floors or furnishings when bringing things in and out and up and down stairs. They were hard working and meticulous with their work. Lastly, less than a week later, Justin, the brand ambassador, called and then came by to check the work and see if I had any questions or issues. Service like this is not the norm, at least not in my experience with companies, servicemen and contractors. I highly recommend Bathroom Buddies! read less

I know the brand Jacuzzi and thought they would not be involved in an installation program that was not reliable. The local installer, Mike, made a very thorough power point presentation of every aspect of the job, which eased my mind on several issues concerning installation in my home. The work crew, headed by Pablo, did a clean professional job in the promised one day, leaving a beautiful walk-in shower instead of my ugly green bath tub, and leaving the house as they found it, plus taking away all the debris from the job. I am enjoying the shower and was impressed that Justin followed up, answering questions I didn't even think of. I am also pleased with the warrantees which ease the mind of any home owner involved tin remodeling. 5 stars all around. read less
