Janine was fabulous. Came to my house explained everything with patience. She was friendly and honest. Made me feel comfortable purchasing the shower from tub renovation. The materials are beautiful and I am anxiously awaiting the installation. I loved that Bathroom Buddy sent a woman sales rep!

We are very pleased with our bathtub to shower conversion. The technicians were very organized. They answered all our questions and all my concerns were addressed. The only complaint is it took a while for the shower parts to come in otherwise did a wonderful job came on time beautiful job removing old tub installing new shower looks beautiful love the new shower all ready recommended to several friends if we had another bathtub would use them again thanks Jessica our wonderful sales person she did a great job walking us through the whole process wish more companies had sales person as nice and knowledgeable as Jessica

From start to finish, the process was smooth. Beginning with Bobby, who walked us through the process and helped with design selections. The work team, headed by Paul, arrived at appointed time. They were efficient, professional and mannerly. Everything was explained about what I needed to know and answered any questions I had. The project was actually completed in one day.
